The big difference between Samsung’s foldable phone and Oppo’s phone is that there is no crease visible when users roll out the expanded display.

To change the display width, Oppo used its own Roll Motor powertrain. It has two motors which help to expand and contract the screen without damaging it. As the panel is rollable, it is not as rigid as other foldable phones. To add rigidity, Oppo used in-house WARP Track high strength screen laminate. It is made up of extra strong steel and is only 0.1 millimeters thick.
